I am a TV and documentary film director, cameraman and editor specialized in corporate video, TV reports and documentary films.
I work more than 10 years for different TV stations, EU Commission and different production companies.

In this class I will teach how to work with your digital camera, basics of storytelling and how to film a short TV report or short documentary film.
Field practice is also included and very important.
You will learn everything from your ideas to realisation.

Last five years I am working as a freelance TV journalist, filmmaker, photographer, camera
operator as well as a lecturer on film workshops for children. I directed and co-directed
several short creative documentaries and promotional films.. I am currently working in Brussels on different audiovisual projects for, BBC, ICF Mostra, J.Walter Thompson and Bruzz international as a journalist, editor and video director as well as a selector of long feature films on Festival International du Film de Bruxelles. I fluently speak English, Spanish and French language and I have good working proficiency in German and Dutch language.

00. INTRO

I am a young professional in the film industry, I have collaborated with multiple partners such as Vice, Sony, Unicef, WWF, but also many musicians, architects, non-profit companies and independent creators.
I have experience as a director, editor, dop, editing assistant, focus puller, author, electro, and production assistant.

I've studied 5 years of Cinema in Luca Arts Brussels, and one year of Supermedia studies in Prague Umprum.
My strengths lie especially in combining the musical field with the cinematographic point of view, such as experimental video art, arthouse movies, videoclips but also dance and musici films - although I've trained to become a co-ordinator of team-work and an efficient editor too.
I work for corporate companies, big music industries and very small independent projects as well, depending whether or not I like the music. (hihi)

I will teach you video and movie editing, for your own or commercial use.
The software I recommend is the full adobe kit, musically, I can work with ableton, audacity and a little bit with pro tools too.

I've completed a multiple amount of residencies in the framework of my own artistic practices, and could describe myself as a multidisciplinary artist.

My work has been featured on several international magazines with a width of 700k monthly readers and I have enjoyed international exposure with my filmic work.

I teach you how to maintain a healthy work-flow for yourself, and your computer.

I teach you how to use the tools of cutting, and editing with your keyboard

The aforementioned categories are vital in everyday routine especially for naturally timid and introverted professional aspirant in public speaking, debates, announcements, storytelling, speeches. To reach certain efficiency professionally in terms of intonations, pitch, range, eloquence, fluidity, stress patterns, vocal exercise, flexible volume, uninterrupted flow, suspenseful pause, voice partitioning, etc., even for non-beginners, one needs the right set of assistance...and am excellent at all of the above!
