Ich habe einen MSc in Bauingenieurwesen, einen M.Sc in Finanzen und Wirtschaft sowie einen MBA-Abschluss und über 14 Jahre Erfahrung im Unterrichten von Mathematik bis zum Bachelor-Niveau. I am specialized (>5 years of experience) in tutoring math for school (any level, but preferably higher level), including competitive exams such as the SAT, GRE, GMAT, and the IIT-JEE.

This class is aimed to train
1) high-school students undergoing VWO or an IB curriculum, who are having problems following math at school or university,
2) Anyone who wishes to take the VWO Math-A/B/C entrance examinations by Boswell or CCVX and wants to train for that.

Personally, I am currently working as a Quantitative Researcher of stock markets, and therefore analytical math is also a part of my job.

Math, calculus and physics can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when the theory or solving method is unclear. I am a cum laude Aerospace Engineering graduate from TU Delft and have helped other pupils with their problems since 2017. Mijn doel is om de lestof zo begrijpelijk te maken dat leerlingen geen moeite meer hebben met hun struikelblokken. In deze les wiskunde B leer je hoe je met behulp van differentiaalrekening de helling van een functie en het raaklijnvoorschrift bepaalt. We beginnen met het begrijpen van wat een afgeleide betekent en hoe deze samenhangt met de grafiek van een functie.

Vervolgens oefenen we met het berekenen van afgeleiden van veelvoorkomende functies, zoals veeltermen en eenvoudige samengestelde functies. Daarna passen we dit toe door de helling in een specifiek punt te bepalen en het bijbehorende raaklijnvoorschrift op te stellen.
