These hip-hop dance classes are open to all levels and all ages. Each session is tailored to the student’s needs and preferences – whether you’re just starting out or already have dance experience.

We’ll work on freestyle, choreography, and technique. You can also learn the fundamentals of hip-hop dance, including basic grooves, rhythm, body control, and foundational steps. In this class, I would introduce students to a variety of dance styles coming from India. This includes Bollywood, Desi Hip-Hop, folk and classical fusions, and Indian classical styles such as Kuchipudi. If learning about different cultures interests you, or you miss dancing in South Asian styles, I teach all levels from beginner to advanced and would be happy to accomodate for any needs. Each class involves one short choreography, which by the end of a 60-minute class you would be able to master.
