Throughout the class, dancers are introduced to fundamental ballet steps and movements performed to classical music, in order to understand ballet technique and vocabulary. During the class, we learn exercises both at the barre and in the center, designed to develop balance, alignment, and control. Through training, participants learn to connect with their bodies, express theimselves and discover the elegance of ballet.
Contemporary (modern) dance is based on the principles of fluidity, gravity, and the natural use of breath . The participants have freedom to find their own movement identity, connect with their emotion while doing combinations travelling through the floor that develop their technique, strength and flexibility
