About Me

My first qualification is an MA degree in classical piano. It allows me to teach students at the high school level. I performed not only as a solo pianist but also as a chamber musician.
I spent years playing the piano on luxurious cruise ships and in five stars hotels. This amazing musical adventure expanded the style spectrum of my repertoire. I anchored in Paris for three wonderful years to study jazz piano. I also became a certified music theory teacher.
My goal is to teach you how to learn by yourself. I give you the knowledge that allows you to build skills and enjoy learning piano.

Folk or classical acoustic guitar.

The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation.

For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...).

For intermediaries: development of rhythm, construction of chords, writing of tablatures, basic notions of harmony (...).

Depending on your goals, you can learn, if you wish, to play 60 to 80% of current music from the first lessons, which often use the same chords and the same techniques. The objectives take into consideration the following points:

I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth.
