As a musician and composer, I have a strong passion for teaching, performing, and creating music. I enjoy taking on challenges and finding solutions patiently. I value meaningful relationships and am always open to listening and considering others' ideas. I’ve always wanted to be a teacher, so during school, I found joy in helping my classmates, and they found my support valuable. I'm a responsible young adult, a quick learner, and can easily adapt to new situations. When assisting others, I prioritise setting realistic yet challenging goals to amplify their development. I motivate them to persist even in the face of mistakes, emphasising that giving their best effort is key to making progress - furthermore helping develop their confidence in their own skills. When teaching I also focus on learning to play under pressure and thinking quickly, as this is key to performing in live situations and further developing musical ability. I am also a Jehovah's Witness and am actively engaged in conducting voluntary Bible studies.

I have been able to support students all the way from not playing an instrument at all, to playing it live at school events. In some situations, my teachers even let me direct lessons to give me more practice and experience in teaching. I have also had the opportunity to play in various orchestras, bands, and ensembles, performing at various events and venues. Additionally, I took charge of the preparation and technical aspects for these events. These various experiences further developed my passion for music, which led me to start teaching drums, music theory, and composition theory.

I was born in Aleppo, and I grew up in Damascus, Syria. I started playing music at the age of eleven. I chose the Oud as my instrument because my father used to play it everyday at home when I was young. Gradually, I fell in love with it and now I feel an unlimited feeling of freedom while playing it. Graduated from Rotterdam Conservatory in 2021.
