I spent 3 months working and teaching English in Mirandola, Italy this year. I taught in a school setting, tutored students individually and lived with a family where I looked after and taught the girls (4 and 7 years) English.

I have over five years of tutoring experience and got a 9 in GCSE and A* in A Level Spanish. I can therefore empathise with you and use my recent experience to offer extra support and guidance.

I am currently studying Modern languages and cultures and therefore have an up-to-date knowledge of the language and exam boards. Equally, having travelled, worked and lived in South America for several months, I have hands on experience with the language and culture of many Spanish-speaking countries.

I was born in Italy, but I have spent the last two years of my life traveling the world, mainly in Central and South America and the Middle East and Central Asia, traveling and working remotely.

Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
