English Speaking Skills class. Building your confidence through practice!

In this in depth and fun Skills class, I will be helping you to improve and feel confident with speaking in English.
There is a theme for each class for example ( shopping, eating out, asking questions) which means that you will learn targeted language for the particular topic.

There is a lovely opportunity for conversation with either myself or with other students should there be more than one student, that will give you the exposure that you need.
I will help to correct your language as we go along whilst creating interesting information and activities.

I have a gentle, caring and patient nature and have been told that I am a very good listener. My teaching style comes from understanding and having the ability to be culturally aware of my students background and I like students to guide their own learning journey, with me assisting them along the way.
A few of the ways that I like to teach my ESL students is by using fun and interactive lessons, that are also visually pleasing. I aim to develop and present comprehensible activities that are suitably challenging.

My main focus for every student who learns with me is that they come away feeling confident and proud.

I have 9+ years of Teaching experience with students aged from 3 years old to 65 years of age. Most of my teaching has been in classroom settings, from large groups of 60 students to one on one's.
I have taught Kindergarten in Hong Kong and Vietnam for many years and in the U.K I teach mixed nationalities in classroom settings.

Hello,

I'm a Native English Speaking Teacher with 9+ years of experience of teaching English worldwide face to face and Online.
I can help you with your English Conversation, Grammar, writing, pronunciation and Business English.
I teach with a positive, patient and open minded attitude, whilst creating enjoyable and relaxing lessons.

I currently teach in an English Language school in my home town in the U.K so most of my free time will be in the afternoon and early evenings.
My Lessons can be taken by the Hour, or an hour and a half.

Most of my Curriculum will be fun, exciting and of course interesting to suit your needs. This can be adapted as we go through your learning journey.
