Maar we beginnen met "aandacht" of "focus". Wat is eigenlijk “aandacht”? Naast creativiteit heeft het ook invloed op ons leerproces, zelfkennis, motivatie, probleemoplossend vermogen en communicatie. Toen Maksims Kačanovs les gaf in beeldende kunsten in Nederland, begon hij zich af te vragen hoe hij creativiteit effectiever kon aanleren. Hij begon de eerdere ervaring en kennis als beeldend kunstenaar te combineren met nieuw onderzoek naar neurologie en aandachtspsychologie. Het resultaat is een waardevol begrip van hoe aandacht zich vertaalt in creativiteit, emotionele intelligentie, verhalen vertellen en visuele geletterdheid. Maksims Kačanovs heeft bijna twintig jaar ervaring als fotograaf en is in 2005 begonnen met het lesgeven in fotografie.
Eerder werden deze cursussen met groot succes offline/live gegeven. Nu is hij op reis en om het reis te betalen geeft hij lessen online.

A researcher, an inventor, a do-gooder, a traveler. I'm quite curious. In fact, life is all about LEARNING. That's why I've spent a good part of my life trying to figure out how "learning" works. I have my degrees, but I don't believe in them. Curiosity, critical thinking, and communication are much more important. I'm just scratching the surface here ;)
After 24 years in the Netherlands, I've been traveling for nine months now. I'm currently in Mexico, and I already speak excellent Spanish. If you know how to learn, learning becomes fun and easy!
