Performance and public speaking skills are useful to children and those working in any industry. Being able to analyse a piece of writing and bring it life, hold a conversation, or write and deliver your own speech, supports confidence, empathy, and articulation - as well as being a lot of fun!

The LAMDA exam syllabi are carefully scaffolded to develop students' skills, with UCAS points available at the highest grades. Available subjects include Acting, Shakespeare, Verse & Prose, and Public Speaking.

For those seeking more advanced coaching, I offer support with audition preparation and demystifying Shakespeare.

All classes are one-to-one so my attention is completely on you. I cater exercises and speed to suit you and your aims.

I have worked in education and theatre for nearly 20 years. Having taught in many different contexts, I have worked with people as young as 2 through adults of all ages. At the same time, I have worked in theatre, in many different roles. My experience in theatre and teaching means I am an excellent listener and adapt my pedagogy to suit individual students' learning aims and needs.
