UK-qualified Mathematics educator and IB examiner with over 16 years of international experience, specialising in IGCSE and IB curriculum leadership, academic data systems, and student enrichment through mathematics. I’ve held progressive leadership roles in top-tier schools in Singapore and the UAE, most recently as Deputy Learning Area Leader and previously as Head of House and Maths Competition Coordinator.
At UWCSEA, I led Singapore’s largest maths competition programme by participation numbers, significantly increased female student engagement, and coordinated regional tournaments — including the first fully online MathCounts event during the pandemic. As Middle School Head of House, I also developed student-led service and fundraising initiatives, strengthening community engagement and student leadership.
I bring a leadership approach rooted in collaboration, systems thinking, and long-term planning. I use frameworks like Restorative Practices to support colleagues and students, and am confident in managing both people and strategy. I aim to lead with empathy and purpose, asking critical questions that keep long-term school goals in view, while building trust and accountability across teams.
A core strength of mine lies in the strategic use of data — designing systems for performance tracking, CAT4 analysis, transition-phase support, and department-wide improvement. I’ve introduced advanced Excel frameworks, trained staff on OCR/Quizizz/Zipgrade workflows, and helped embed a culture of feedback-informed planning.
At Dulwich College Singapore, I drove the school’s highest-ever Additional Maths results (100% A*/A) and led CPD across the faculty to upskill staff in digital assessment, post-assessment analysis, and technology-enhanced instruction. As Head of House, I also guided pastoral and co-curricular programmes with a focus on holistic student development and interdepartmental collaboration.
I’m now seeking to extend my impact at a whole-school strategic level — bringing together deep curriculum knowledge, digital innovation, and inclusive leadership to support educational communities that are empowered, equitable, and future-ready.
