I am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher at the Yoga Therapy Institute in Amsterdam to become a Yoga Therapist.

In my classes I include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and I incorporate aspects of the yoga philosophy that would allow the student to have a more clear approach to yoga as a way of life, rather than as an exercise. The classes take place in studio rooms I rent or at the student's space. Depending on the student's preferences and time availability, the class might take from 1h to 1h30'. It is suggested a minimum of 1h15'.
Furthermore, since 3 years ago, I am a reiki practitioner and I am offering reiki sessions in my own space. For reiki session, the appointment will be around 1h15'.
