Born and raised in Hertfordshire, England, I moved to the Netherlands and qualified as an English teacher. Before emigrating, I worked full time as a publisher for a UK business to business magazine publishing house. My work involved me travelling the world frequently, communicating with business professionals from the USA and Canada, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

My lessons are tailored to your individual needs, whatever they may be, and to ensure you gain the confidence to communicate effortlessly. I study how you like to learn and which parts of your language need work. Then each lesson is given either face to face or online at your pace. I will always be kind and patient to make sure you are confident when learning with me.

A professional who worked for a publishers for eighteen years before becoming starting her own business, Clara has travelled internationally for work and is very familiar with business English and working with other nationalities.

University degree educated (Hons) at Portsmouth university, UK. TEFL certified from TEFL.org. Three 'A' levels and 9 GCSEs including English literature and English language.

Clara has eighteen years experience of working for a UK magazine publishers in sales and design. As a result, she has worked throughout the world and has extensive knowledge of Business English. After moving to the Netherlands permanently, she qualified as an English teacher and now has five years teaching experience providing the highest level of English available.
