Selon chaque cas, je m’adapte au niveau de l’utilisation de méthodes pédagogiques diverses et variées.

Pendant chaque cours, je joue systématiquement avec mes élèves, parce que pour moi l’effet de jouer ensemble est une des meilleures méthodes pour apprendre la musique. Bien évidemment, les explications musicale, culturelle et théorique en liant à l’œuvre jouée sont incontournables, pour mieux interpréter une œuvre pianistique, les exercices mécaniques sont des fois indispensables.

Avec la technologie d’aujourd’hui, on peut très facilement d’enregistrer ce que l’on joue pour évoluer la compétence d’auto-évaluation de chaque élève.

Ich unterrichte Schüler jeden Alters und Niveaus, vom Anfänger bis zum Profi. Ich konzentriere mich auf klassische Musik, aber natürlich arbeite ich mit allen Studenten an zeitgenössischer Musik, Jazz und irischer sowie Filmmusik und beantworte gerne spezielle Anfragen.
Für mich ist es beim Unterrichten wichtig, dass der Schüler die vielseitige Klangwelt der Harfe entdeckt und gerne Harfe spielt.
Außerdem helfe ich dabei, Grundkenntnisse in Musiktheorie und Musikgeschichte zu erwerben.
Es gibt eine keltische Harfe und eine Konzertharfe im Klassenzimmer. Es ist auch möglich, eine Harfe zu mieten.

A little about me:

My name is Charles and I am a guitar teacher, living and working in Luxembourg. Prior to moving here, I was living in the UK where I studied for a 2 year qualification in Music Practice before going on to study Music Composition at university, with a specialization in Education. Over the years, I have taught students of all ages and levels of ability, making sure to tailor classes to their needs and interests.

Guitariste depuis 20 ans, anciennement directeur et professeur de l'école de musique de Thionville, j'ai également fait la M.A.I. de Nancy et la fac de musicologie de Montpellier.

J'ai une très bonne expérience du jeux en groupe, je suis capable de m'adapter aux styles de mes élèves ainsi que d'orienter ma pédagogie en fonction de leurs attentes.

L'apprentissage des techniques classiques en guitare vous permettra soit de :
- se concentrer sur la musique classique et continuer dans ce genre musical.
- acquérir une base technique solide afin de se tourner facilement vers un autre genre musical (Flamenco, Jazz, Blues, Rock, etc.)

L'apprentissage parallèle du solfège (si besoin), vous permettra d'apprendre à lire une langue musicale, qui est tout à fait différente des langues parlées et qui est universelle dans le monde entier.
