To get started with our drum lessons, you'll need a few basic essentials:

- A pair of drumsticks
- A laptop with a reliable Wi-Fi connection
- Skype or Zoom installed for seamless screen sharing and content delivery

While having a practice pad or a drum kit is ideal, it is not a requirement. We can still have productive and enjoyable lessons without them. My goal is to make sure every student can participate and benefit, regardless of their current setup.

Hello! My name is Mohammed, and I am a passionate drummer with over 10 years of experience in gospel, soul, R&B, and funk music. As a dedicated musician, I regularly play drums at church and perform with various bands, bringing joy and rhythm to every performance.

I am also a proud parent of three beautiful children, and I understand the importance of nurturing talent and passion in a supportive and encouraging environment. My drum lessons are designed for aspiring drummers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Each lesson is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of my students, focusing on essential techniques, diverse musical styles, reading and transcription, and time-keeping.

When I'm not behind the drum kit, I love staying active through running, hitting the gym, or playing basketball. I also coach basketball, bringing the same enthusiasm and dedication to the court as I do to my music lessons. In my downtime, I enjoy reading, constantly seeking to learn and grow in all aspects of life.

10+ Years of Drumming Experience: Specializing in gospel, soul, R&B, and funk music.
Regular Performer:Play drums regularly at church and for various bands, bringing energy and rhythm to live performances.
Active Lifestyle: Passionate about staying active through running, gym workouts, and basketball, which I also coach.
Parent and Mentor: As a parent of three beautiful children, I understand the importance of a supportive and encouraging learning environment.

The class if for aspiring drummer from all level and ages. You will learn about technique (hands and feet), as well as styles (Pop, Rock, Blues, Funk, Soul, Jazz, Electronic, etc.), reading and transcription, time keeping, etc. The lesson will be entirely based on the student's needs and I will adapt the content based on those.

I will always maintain a supportive and positive environment for the student, the objective being to help him / her reach his / her own goals in a way that is both challenging and fun. My aim is not to overwhelm the student with content or to make him / her feel negatively in any way, shape or form !

For the last 20 years I have taught hundreds of drummers both privately and in formal institutions such as BiMM London (formerly Drumtech), ICMP and LMA colleges. I have developed a strong reputation, helping musicians to sound great behind the drums.
My priorities as a player are always to be able to make the band sound great.
I work on fundamentals that are directly applicable in musical situations.
Whether I help someone taking their first steps on the instrument, or professional players who want to fine tune their technique, I have a very similar approach:
It starts with a dialogue, understanding the person I work with, a diagnostic then a plan to reach our goals.
