My course proposes a new and intuitive method of learning language by changing the way we learn. Instead of learning from a book, in today's world of instant gratification, social media and information overload, I find a practical approach to learning language provides the learner with a useful skill that they can use for the rest of their lives.
In this course, you will learn how to increase your vocabulary exponentially, improve writing skills and, most importantly, you will learn how to speak English like a native speaker! My lessons provide a safe environment for the learner to practice English where they can apply the things they learn and not feel judged or tested. The biggest contributor to success is confidence, and in my course we will work together to improve your confidence in English so you too can speak like a native speaker!

I am a university student, studying Teaching at the University of Bonn.
Born in Cape Town, South Africa, I moved to Germany after completing high school. Once here, I taught myself German through the same method that I teach: Practical Application. After only 6 months I was able to attend a B2 level German course, and passed with flying colours. After spending some time working, I decided to attend university, and took the required language exams for University level German (C1 level). Since then, I have been a student of English and Computer Science.
Learning has been my passion since I can remember, and as I pursue a career in teaching, I hope to bring my love of knowledge and learning to those who hope to learn from me.

Education
South African Matriculate in 2017. I then began my studies in the school of the real world. I taught myself German in 9 months, and have been attending the University of Bonn for the past 6 years.

- Undergraduate at the University of Bonn, studying a Bachelor of Education in English and Computer science since 2019.

- 4 years qualified climbing instructor at Boulders Habitat, currently giving children's climbing courses
