Practice in your home or in my homme for the meditation part, then tai-chi in the nearest garden - when wheather makes it possible - or covered area:
Meditation 1H:
- explanation of the logic and process of meditation 15 mn
- meditation 10 mn followed by short debrief 5 mn; then 2d session of meditation 30 mn
If desired, Tai-chi 30 mn:
- tai-chi 30 mn
Lenguages: French, Spanish, English; some Italian & German or Schwitzer Dutch.
