Soy una apasionada educadora con amplia experiencia en enseñanza de lectura para niños. Mi metodología se basa en la utilización de actividades, juegos y recursos visuales, adaptados a las necesidades y preferencias de cada niño. A través de ejercicios prácticos y divertidos, los niños aprenderán a reconocer y pronunciar las palabras, sílabas y letras y finalmente leer frases y textos sencillos.

Mi experiencia previa como profesora de lectura me ha permitido desarrollar estrategias efectivas para abordar las dificultades que puedan surgir durante el proceso de aprendizaje. Estoy comprometida en proporcionar un ambiente de apoyo y aliento, donde cada niño pueda avanzar a su propio ritmo y alcanzar sus metas individuales.

Mi mayor satisfacción es ver cómo los niños adquieren confianza en sí mismos a medida que descubren el maravilloso mundo de la lectura. Estoy emocionada de compartir mis conocimientos con sus hijos para enseñarles a leer.

I was born in Istanbul in 1983. I started teaching Turkish while studying Turkish Language and Literature at university. I worked in a language school and at universities. I have been teaching Turkish professionally for more than 16 years. I also taught Turkish for 5 years when I was a university student. In 2018, I obtained a TESOL certificate and also began teaching English.

I teach both adults and children. Creating a comfortable learning environment for my students is one of my top priorities. If you would like to learn Turkish or English in a consistent and structured way, I would be happy to work with you.

I hold firmly to two main principles: creating a comfortable space for learning and building an encouraging atmosphere.

Even though I use a communicative approach, my lessons are supported by a solid understanding of grammar, as Turkish has a very different structure.

I use the course book set prepared by Istanbul University. It follows a strategic approach to learning Turkish and includes all language skills—reading, grammar, writing, listening, watching, and speaking—from A1 to C2. All of these skills are essential for conversation.

I teach English for the A1 and A2 levels.

The workbook offers many exercises for homework or revision, and I support the book with my own authentic materials. I also use an interactive board that you can view anytime, and you can edit it as well. Repetition-based speaking practice plays an important role in my lessons.

I speak English well, and a bit of Italian, and I have also studied Persian and German grammar. I am interested in literature.

I'm a TEFL-certified teacher of English as a foreign language with 3+ years of experience teaching at a private bilingual school in Thailand.

I know how to help my students break the language barrier, make them confident speakers, and help them be able to use English in real communicative situations.

I have a degree in English Philology, which gave me a deep understanding of linguistics and how languages are acquired, and I always try to apply that knowledge in my work. I have a neutral accent and a deep knowledge of phonology, which helps me teach English pronunciation successfully. I can teach my students to produce both American and British neutral accents and understand the differences between them.

I prefer a communicative approach and always try to maximize student talking time in my classes.
