Hallo all, Currently I’m living in Thailand and since 2021 I‘m a certified Yoga Teacher. I did my Teacher Training in Koh Phangan, Thailand with the knowledgeable Valerie Jeremijenko (Phd, ERYT 500). Just a while after I had the honor to teach students at her Yoga Centre. Furthermore I have experiences with children from 7-14 old. During my stay in Thailand I taught yoga to children the Open heat charity. This course is for everyone from beginners to intermediate. You can choose whether you prefer a more relaxing class to more challenging classes. Just let me know.
