Kinisi Flow is a low intensity mindful movement workout that uses your own body weight to build muscle & connective tissue strength while simultaneously improving flexibility & mobility. This class will relax your body & mind through sequencing and flow-motion leaving you feeling refreshed & invigorated.
Experience the power and technique of Taekwondo-Self Defense with Martial Fit Fusion. With 15 years of training including 5 years of teaching experience, and a 3rd degree black belt, i am committed to sharing my lifelong passion for this martial art.
