I started my yoga journey with Bahar 2-3 months ago with private lessons, and she has been a wonderful teacher so far. She is very attentive, and centers the experience and expectations of the student. Every week or two, we assess how my personal practice is going, and adjust the flow of the classes accordingly. Instead of just telling or demonstrating what to do, she remains in constant dialogue with me in order that I find what resonates with me in terms of movement, pace, and balance. I am very happy with our classes, and would continue for longer!

Knows very well the French language and not on a fluent level, but also the technicalities behind it. Lika is an amazing teacher! She is not only highly skilled but also has a very fun, open, and kind personality that makes the lesson truly enjoyable. My partner and I were particularly impressed by how well she teaches both female and male choreography—her instructions for the male moves were incredibly clear and professional. Her teaching style is easy to follow and very encouraging. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to continuing our lessons with her. Highly recommended!
