Join me for an immersive class exploring the interconnected themes of ageing and dying. Through guided exercises, reflective discussions, and creative movement, we will create a safe space to share our experiences, feelings and reflections regarding life’s transitions. This workshop invites participants to engage with these profound topics in a supportive environment, fostering deeper understanding and connection.
