Hello! If you want to learn more about art and improve your skills, I'm here to help! I can teach you all about drawing, watercolour, gouache, oil painting, pleinair painting, colour theory, design, anatomy, digital art, illustration, and more. I teach all ages and skill levels–from absolute beginners to advanced.

I've taught various youth art camps, drawing classes for adults, and more. Currently, I'm studying fine arts at Zurich University of the Arts, but I have also studied on exchange at Tokyo University of the Arts, and an atelier in my home town. Born in Calgary, Canada. Studying at Zurich University of the Arts and Tokyo University of the Arts. Emily is currently living in Zurich, Switzerland. Her inquisitive nature has led her down many paths of exploration in a variety of mediums–from oil painting and watercolour to sculpture, Textiles, and glass. She paints miniatures, no larger than an inch, to several meter-long tapestries and continues to explore new media and subjects. Her work often depicts people, places, and objects from her life. She is an avid pleinair painter, prioritizing working from life whenever possible. Emily has exhibited in Canada and internationally in Zurich and Tokyo.
