I started playing the Piano and Violin at the age of 4 and I am an active performer throughout Europe, with 20 years of experience teaching this instrument. In addition, I have had the honor of being an official Violin Tutor of the educational sector of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, which further enriched my pedagogical background. My advanced training in Jazz and electronic music complements my approach, allowing me to offer a diversified range of both acoustic and electric violin and my repertoire ranges from classical pieces to modern music. I am pleased to present my violin classes, both acoustic and electric, specifically designed to address a wide range of musical styles and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, offering a nurturing learning environment. My methodology combines traditional elements, Russian influences and Suzuki method approaches, and I carefully adapt it to the individual needs of each student. An example program from one of my classes includes goal definition, a solid technical foundation, followed by exploration of classical and/or modern repertoire. I encourage musical expression and creativity, which allows my students to develop their own performing style. My method is flexible, I use different techniques to always be able to focus on the needs of the student, and so that they can also set their own pace. I think it is important to work on the technique of the instrument so that the student advances having a solid base and can feel comfortable with the instrument. I always try to offer students the possibility of choosing some of the pieces that we are going to play, so that they feel more motivated, as long as it is appropriate for their level and we can work on the technique of the instrument at the same time. I think it is very important that the student enjoys learning and that the classes are adapted to their level, their tastes and of course their age. As an experience, I have been giving private violin classes for 10 years and 6 years teaching violin and other musical subjects in academies. In all these years I have learned to identify the weaknesses and facilities of the students, which helps me to personalize the classes based on what each student needs. I have 8 years of experience as a teacher for children and adults and I have a master's degree in piano performance and research in Musical Didactics.
