Classes are tailored to the needs of each person.As a Teacher, I am dedicated to the well-being of each practitioner and to create a safe & blissful environment for all.

Either we can practice at my home( YOG-SHALA) or I'm ready to give lessons at your convenient place.

#Be on time, preferably arrive 5 mins before the class begins
#Inform the teacher beforehand of any injuries or concerns.
#Turn your mobile phone off during the lesson
#Do not apply any lotions, creams or oils.
#Wear clothing that is comfortable.
#Bring your own mat and towel.
#Before practicing of asanas bladder should be emptied and the bowels evacuated.
#Asanas preferably be done on empty stomach. At least 4 hours gap before practice if you had a heavy meal. Avoid eating immediately after session. Give half an hour to 1 hr rest.
#Do not practice asanas after being out in hot sun for several hours.

This class is perfect for who, after work, needs to release the tensions of the day and to regain an inner balance. We start with a gentle warming, to find good flexibility. Then we continue with a small sequence of more dynamic vinyasa flow and we end with stretching and a little meditation. With a positive personal intention and the goal of staying in the present, trying together to balance thoughts and feelings through this practice. The session is accompanied by pleasant music.

Jacqueline discovered yoga while searching for alternative ways to manage back pain and balance an intense and stressful finance job. What she found was a deeper connection to her body and mind, helping her to be more aware and skilful in living a healthier and happier life. Jacqueline brings classical alignment and mindfulness into her classes to develop a practice beyond physical exercise. She teaches yoga with a big smile, classes mixed with challenge and fun that will help you feel more energetic and grounded. Her passion is to build communities and help to create a positive shift while living the big city life. She is a Yoga Alliance RYT500 teacher and studied Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga as well as meditation in Australia and India.
