I am so excited to work with all of you. In my class, you will dive into new words, investigate shapes, and grow in your reading skills. And have fun while doing math.

My experience working with kids is that I was a camp counselor for two years. I worked with first graders my first year. Then, in my second year, I worked with different ages in the arts and crafts building. I later worked at a youth after-school program for three years, where I helped the kids with their homework if needed. And in high school last year, for my senior project, I was a first-grade English teacher's assistant, helping kids with reading comprehension, spelling, and pronunciation.

I am a creative person, and I am going to make sure that every lesson is engaging. Along with lots of visuals to help get the information into long-term memory. And I look forward to working with you.
