Hi yogis!

I have been practicing yoga continuously for over 4 years and started giving yoga classes 2 years ago. I am a passionate and determined instructor. I provide an individual approach and focus on the needs of the students. I adjust the level of the training to the needs and skills of the students so everyone can get the best out of it. I still develop skills and attend workshops, teacher trainings and classes provided by other teachers to expand my personal and teaching skills.

I am a certified Yoga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga instructor. I obtained a certificate of a 200-hour Yoga Vinyasa teaching training and a 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training accredited by Yoga Allience. I also completed Yoga Vinyasa teacher training according to Basia Łukaszczyk's original program and participated in yoga workshops.

I teach mainly Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

Yoga Vinyasa is a dynamic practice in which breath guides the movement. We will mainly focus on standing and sitting asanas and flowing transitions. This practice warming up the body, strengthens and stretches it. By concentrating on the breath it allows you to rest from the racing thoughts and emotions.

Yin Yoga affects deep tissues, including tendons and fascia. It is a static practice in which we stay in deep stretching positions for extended periods of time which allows to increase mobility and range of motion in the joints. In this stillness we devote ourselves to inner work - directing the breath to places that need it the most and observing and calming our thoughts.

About Me

I am Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher. I have been continuously practicing yoga for four years and started teaching two years ago. I descovered yoga when I needed it the most. Yoga helped me to heal and remain more grounded. As I noticed the amazing changes which yoga brought in my life I wanted to share them with people around me. Doing what I love is really important to me as then I know that I put all my heart in it.

I am a passionate and determined instructor. I provide an individual approach and focus on the needs of the students. I adjust the level of the training to the needs and skills of the students so everyone can get the best out of it. I construct creative classes and add new positions and modifications to challenge students and give them opportunities to explore their bodies. I still develop skills and attend workshops, teacher trainings and classes provided by other teachers to expand my personal and teaching skills.

I am a certified Yoga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga instructor. I obtained a certificate of a 200-hour Yoga Vinyasa teaching training and a 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training accredited by Yoga Allience.
