**Hatha Yoga class at your home (online)**.
The path of Yoga leads us to self-awareness, balance and harmony through breathing techniques (Pranayama), Physical postures (Asanas) and relaxation.
As a Performing Arts Teacher and a Hatha Yoga Teacher I have oriented my classes so that students can connect with these foundations of the Yogic philosophy, and also channel their needs, interests and goals, developing action plans in order to seize them.

I am a Brussel-based Argentine-Italian Artist and pedagogist. I have dedicated my professional life to teach workshops and courses to promote self-awareness, artistic sensibility, creativity and joy.
I have worked for bilingual schools in Argentina teaching Drama between 2011-2018, founded, condirected an NPO and developed volunteering projects between 2008-2018 and I taught wellness workshops in Spain during 2019 (yoga, stretching, breathing, healthy nutrition, etc.).
I am proficient at identifying strengths and limitiations throughout my classes and costumising contents to promote individual growth and achievement.

I’ve been doing gymnastics for 8 years now , flexibility is my thing since I won many competitions in rhythmic gymnastics , played with the Moroccan national team and won the Moroccan championship in 2019 .

Rhythmic gymnasts are very known by their amazing flexibility and body control , they have some of the best tips and exercises to improve flexibility .
