I can provide personalized tutoring mainly in Science subjects, particularly in Physics and Mathematics. This involves multiple aspects:
1. Tutoring for regular subject help for school.
2. Advanced preparation for exams like GRE, SAT, GMAT etc.

The lessons can be tailored according to the needs of the student with focus on problem solving. The aim is to first develop the basics of the student and then hone his/her skills by using a problem solving approach.

Being a native English speaker, I can also help people earn English as a second language. This involves lessons in speaking, grammar and writing.

I am Saood and I am 28 years old. I have a Masters' degree in Physics and I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Physics here in Switzerland. Five years ago, I co-founded a successful school aimed at helping students with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Having spent two years there, I came here to further pursue my studies. Having that experience with me, I can now help you to better understand these subjects, better understand the subject basics and become good at problem solving.

Who am I?
Originally from Val-de-Travers, I finished my bachelor's degree in tourism in Sierre in Valais, my native language is French, but I studied in English since high school (at the age of 15).
I love languages, I love practicing them and I love passing them on because they are so important for your future (travel, careers, meetings, etc.).

I offer private math lessons for all levels, up to (maybe) the second year of university. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from EPFL, I have been an assistant since 2023 in several courses, mainly in analysis and linear algebra. I have also corrected exams for the CMS and MàN programs. At the same time, I participated in the mentoring program as a tutor, a support program for first-year mathematics students. My role was to help them understand the courses, solve exercises, and prepare for exams. The students I followed throughout the year all obtained an average above 5.

My way of teaching would be to explain my point of view, to give concrete examples of application of the results seen in class, to explain the logical progression of the course, to give a proof of the result or sometimes just to make a drawing.
