I teach Yoga with a focus on wellbeing, personal development and community. In my classes students from all levels learn about breathing techniques, develop strength and flexibility, smile and laugh while they explore their capabilities and connect with each other. I help my students by encouraging them to go a little bit beyond their comfort zone, hence I focus on Power Yoga to develop strength.

In this 1 hour class we will focus on your personal goals. They might be reaching a fitness level, increasing mobility, reducing, stress, or probably all of them! Because these are key components to your health and happiness. Once you have them, you will never want to let them go. We will tailor the journey to your own path and work together to achieve it.

My experience as a Yoga teacher and fitness instructor expand across corporate classes at Google, private classes and Yoga events in the city of Zurich.

During winter the Class and be at your Home or we can rent a studio for the duration.
