Hello! My name is Tuna. I am a former national swimmer with international medals and Turkish records. I offer private swimming lessons for children (4+) and adults.
Whether you are a beginner or want to improve your technique, I can help in a fun and safe way.
- I teach in English and Turkish.
- Location flexible (indoor/outdoor pools in Berlin).

Bring your own swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a water bottle.

If you have your own equipment (e.g., fins or kickboard), you are welcome to use it.

Entrance fee for the pool is not included in the price and must be paid by the student.

Please inform me in advance if you have any medical conditions or past injuries.

Years of outdoor training have enabled me to stay healthy, strong, and competitive. I was successful in middle- and long-distance athletics at the state level. I've competed in various competitions up to the North German level (and in cross-country running up to the national level). Training in other sports like soccer and rowing has shown me how hard and consistent athletic training can improve you physically and mentally. I want to share all of this with you to help you progress. Tips for nutrition and recovery will also be included.
Many years of training for various track and field competitions and disciplines made me appreciate the hard but smart work. Training for soccer games and for a rowing club showed me, the role strength and conditioning has for a brilliant performance. I managed the get on the podium in some events at north-Germany(sub-nationals) and regional level. I competed till national levels in cross-country distance running. This physical preparation and general fitness I gained along the way showed me how I can help you with your goals.
