French Teacher – Middle & High School – In-person or online classes – Exam preparation for the Brevet and BaccalaureateTranslate this text using Google Translate.

French Teacher – Middle & High School – In-person or online classes – Exam preparation for the Brevet and BaccalaureateTranslate this text using Google Translate.

As an experienced modern literature teacher, I offer French lessons for middle and high school students, from 6th to 12th grade, **in person or online**. I taught French literature at the middle and high school levels within the French national education system and provided private tutoring for several years, particularly for remedial work and exam preparation. I also help prepare students for the French baccalaureate exam and have served as an examiner for the oral sections of the baccalaureate. **My support is tailored to the needs of each student:** * upgrading and consolidation of basic skills; * methodology and work organization; * grammar, spelling and written expression; * understanding and analysis of texts; * commentary and dissertation; * preparation for the Brevet exam; * preparation for the written and oral French Baccalaureate exams; * oral practice; * Supporting students who are struggling or lack confidence. My teaching approach is based on solid foundations, a clear method, and personalized support for each student. I begin by precisely identifying their difficulties in order to provide them with the tools to progress, regain confidence, and gradually become independent in their work. ### Two possible formulas **In-person classes** Individual support allowing for fully personalized work based on the student's level, difficulties and objectives. **Online Courses** Individual lessons or in **small groups of 2 to 5 students**. The price per student is **decreasing depending on the number of participants**, which allows in particular classmates of the same level to prepare together for the Brevet or the Baccalaureate while benefiting from real educational support. An initial exchange helps to determine the student's level, their needs and the objectives to be achieved.

Hi everyone! I am Thomas, I live in Paris and I am a skilled trainer/tutor with several years of experience. I teach French as I love doing it! I teach online French to foreigners from all over the world. Before that, I was a radio show presenter for 1 year; a salesman in a training center for 5 years; then a trainer in oral and written communication in French and English for 3 years. I fluently speak English and a bit of German, Polish and Latvian. I studied at Normandy Business School, have a master's degree in territorial development, and participated in the Erasmus Program in Poland (Krakow) and the UK (Cardiff). My hobbies are: traveling, playing badminton and the guitar, and Paris! I hope you will appreciate my classes and tutelage! According to my entourage and students: I am friendly, serious, attentive, and patient. Before the first class, I will send you a placement test so that I know your current level. I prepare the lessons in advance and I can give you homework if you wish. I teach French from complete beginner to expert level (from A0 to C1). I adapt to all public (from 13 years old) and need French culture, French business, grammar, conjugation, discussions, pronunciation, vocabulary, written and oral comprehension, etc. To sum up: you tell me what you want to do and we do it! :)

With a doctorate in Sports Science, I teach Yang and Chen style Tai Chi for health or performance purposes, for all ages and levels.Translate this text using Google Translate.

With a doctorate in Sports Science, I teach Yang and Chen style Tai Chi for health or performance purposes, for all ages and levels.Translate this text using Google Translate.

Accustomed to teaching in very different contexts (University, companies, associations, individuals), I adapt my teaching to the specific profile of the learner, taking into account their wishes (type of practice) and objectives (performance, health, etc.), their physical characteristics and abilities (height, weight) and their state of health (age, functional limitations), and finally, their motivation (workload they are ready to assume in class and in personal work). As a rigorous and dedicated teacher, I believe that if a student isn't progressing sufficiently, it's because the teaching approach isn't suitable. Therefore, it's essential to create a learning environment that is serious, inspiring, engaging, and so on, depending on the needs of each student. The diverse environments and student populations I've taught have taught me this. And then there's the matter of providing resources as needed: whether it's theoretical texts or customized educational videos, the modern world offers us an endless array of tools! Regarding tai chi, you probably know that there are several styles, which will be used in different ways depending on one's objectives. The Yang style is particularly recommended when practicing primarily for health reasons: the rhythm is uniformly slow, allowing for complete control over movement, calm and safe weight transfer, and improved balance while developing proprioception. The Chen style, on the other hand, is characterized by a more staccato rhythm. It is more explosive, as it relies more heavily on the body's momentum and the re-engagement of external forces (gravity, ground reaction, friction, tension/release). It is better suited when performance is the goal, particularly in combat. Whatever your goals and needs, we will work on your relationship with strength. Strength is essential, of course, in any physical activity: building strength is, in fact, the first step in traditional learning, the one for children; the next two, which lead to lasting expertise—the kind that reconciles performance and health requirements—are more difficult to achieve without proper guidance, and that's where I see my added value. It's beyond strength that I can offer: the optimal use of this precious resource (gaining efficiency by improving its ability to transmit kinetic energy), and the mobilization of other, more subtle, less obvious, but equally concrete external forces (gravity, ground reaction force, friction, tension/release, elastic force, etc.). This is what justifies all the work on body awareness (and proprioception) so central to traditional martial arts. Know that even if the commitment on your part and mine is serious, like martial arts, nothing prevents us from having fun: I also promise you joy, good humor, and lightness, because it is in my nature.

Argentine Tango — Learn to Dance with Confidence and JoyTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Argentine Tango — Learn to Dance with Confidence and JoyTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Argentine tango is elegance in motion. Master tango, and every other partner dance suddenly feels easier. I come from a long background in dance (folklore, classical ballet, and tango), and my mission is simple: to help you feel confident in your body, comfortable with your partner, and free to improvise — whether you’re brand new or already dancing. No stiff choreography robots here. We build real skills so you can actually dance. In my classes, you’ll learn to: - Build a strong foundation with clear, essential tango technique - Improve posture and master the art of walking (yes — tango starts with walking, and it changes everything) - Develop real connection and communication with your partner - Gain confidence to improvise instead of memorizing steps - Find your personal style and expression I offer: - Personalized instruction for followers (beginner to advanced): refine technique, musicality, elegance, and presence - Focused practice for leaders: intensive partner work to sharpen lead, timing, and connection - Couples classes with a co-instructor for deeper understanding from both roles - Wedding dance preparation — so you look effortless, emotional, and just a little bit impressive on your big day My ultimate goal? To make you feel at ease, empowered, playful, and genuinely happy on the dance floor. Classes available in English, French, and Serbian. Warning: side effects may include better posture, stronger presence, and an irresistible urge to dance. See you soon. 💃🕺

We had an exceptional experience learning Argentine Tango with Ivan and Tiyana, and it’s honestly difficult to capture just how special the lesson felt. From the very beginning, tango stopped feeling like a sequence of steps and instead became something to truly feel—an experience unfolding naturally between partners. By the end of the session, even in just one session, we found ourselves connecting to the dance in a way that felt both intuitive and deeply engaging. One moment that stood out in particular was our final dance, which felt as though it carried the familiarity of many dances before, yet still held a sense of discovery and beauty. What makes Ivan and Tiyana truly outstanding is their ability to transform instruction into an experience. Their teaching goes beyond technique—they invite you into the essence of Argentine Tango, where movement becomes a form of expression and connection. The lesson was thoughtfully structured, precise, and delivered with a level of professionalism and care that exceeded our expectations. They are not only highly skilled dancers, but also exceptional teachers—attentive, intentional, and genuinely invested in their students’ progress. Every element of the lesson felt carefully crafted, creating an environment that was both comfortable and inspiring. Finding them felt incredibly fortunate, and we couldn’t have asked for better guides to begin our tango journey. We are truly grateful for this experience and are very much looking forward to continuing our lessons. — Tod & Inna

Isabelle is very patient and understanding and provides a very thorough and easy to follow course structure, reinforcing the basics at the same time as expanding your language skills in all directions.
