Hi everyone! I am Thomas, I live in Paris and I am a skilled trainer/tutor with several years of experience. I teach French as I love doing it! I teach online French to foreigners from all over the world. Before that, I was a radio show presenter for 1 year; a salesman in a training center for 5 years; then a trainer in oral and written communication in French and English for 3 years. I fluently speak English and a bit of German, Polish and Latvian. I studied at Normandy Business School, have a master's degree in territorial development, and participated in the Erasmus Program in Poland (Krakow) and the UK (Cardiff). My hobbies are: traveling, playing badminton and the guitar, and Paris! I hope you will appreciate my classes and tutelage! According to my entourage and students: I am friendly, serious, attentive, and patient. Before the first class, I will send you a placement test so that I know your current level. I prepare the lessons in advance and I can give you homework if you wish. I teach French from complete beginner to expert level (from A0 to C1). I adapt to all public (from 13 years old) and need French culture, French business, grammar, conjugation, discussions, pronunciation, vocabulary, written and oral comprehension, etc. To sum up: you tell me what you want to do and we do it! :)

Accustomed to teaching in very different contexts (University, companies, associations, individuals), I adapt my teaching to the specific profile of the learner, taking into account their wishes (type of practice) and objectives (performance, health, etc.), their physical characteristics and abilities (height, weight) and their state of health (age, functional limitations), and finally, their motivation (workload they are ready to assume in class and in personal work). As a rigorous and dedicated teacher, I believe that if a student isn't progressing sufficiently, it's because the teaching approach isn't suitable. Therefore, it's essential to create a learning environment that is serious, inspiring, engaging, and so on, depending on the needs of each student. The diverse environments and student populations I've taught have taught me this. And then there's the matter of providing resources as needed: whether it's theoretical texts or customized educational videos, the modern world offers us an endless array of tools! As for kung fu itself, it is particularly well-suited for growing children because it helps to structure the body, which is very beneficial from an anatomical and biomechanical standpoint, especially given the body's rapid development. Furthermore, its forms (taolu, or martial arts choreography) greatly develop coordination, balance, dexterity, spatial awareness, and other transferable skills applicable to a wide range of activities, thus contributing significantly to the psychomotor development of children, adolescents, and young adults. This does not exclude older individuals, but their psychomotor development is more mature, while that of younger people is still developing; therefore, kung fu is highly structured. Another important benefit is cultivating one's relationship with strength. Strength is obviously necessary in any physical activity: building strength is, in fact, the first step in traditional training. One discovers how to mobilize this resource, generate it in different parts of the body, and transfer it to the target. Then, gradually, one arrives at more refined expressions and uses, more respectful of the logic of the human body. In Chinese terms, it's about moving from li (brute force resulting from the voluntary use of muscles) to jing (kinetic energy, derived from movement, whatever its origin, which one learns to channel). All of this seems very cold and serious, and it is, because kung fu transforms you profoundly. However, nothing prevents you from having fun: I also promise you joy, good humor, and lightheartedness, because that's in my nature.

Singing lessons and vocal coaching online or at the singing teacher (M° Gallieni Line 3). I am a vocal coach at Cours Florent for 7 years, also coach for the shows of Disneyland Paris and also at the Conservatoire de Paris 7th, as well as in private classes (pros or amateur). State graduate (diploma of vocal trainer from Richard Cross School). Trained in the Joe Estill Voice training method (Quebec), I also attended singing classes with Nicole Falien, Julia Pelaez, Joy Kane and Christiane Legrand. Coach in French and English of various professional or amateur artists for more than ten years (all styles, from rap to "Musical", from song to electronics and everything related to current music, recently I coached a lyrical artist "lead" of the musical "La petite boutique des horreurs" at the Opéra comique this season). My classes are for all: singers and/ or musicians, professional or amateur singers-composers, preparations for auditions/ castings, recordings in studio, coaching of groups in play, artists in studio, all ages all styles welcome! ) Work of the voice in all current musical repertoires except lyrical. I accompany you to the piano, where we can work on your instruments, various accompaniments, karaoke. Welcome rap (I have more and more rappers/slammers, we do important work on the flow, the projection, the installation of breaths, rhythmic adjustments, intelligibility of the text etc.) all work easily when we know how and when we want to evolve ! Being also singer-songwriter and pianist, I can help you develop your compositions, your songs, place the tonic accents where it is necessary, teach you to accompany yourself on the piano itself:-) work on the interpretation of songs of course. Prepare your studio sessions (and/or accompany you if necessary), before your concerts, rehearsals...Give you the tips to not get tired, and know how to repair your voice when you have pushed too much, and especially teach you to project your voice without hurting yourself, etc. In short, to provide you with solid and indispensable bases to sing healthily (without getting hurt!) and freely! For distance courses (if you prefer, I do it regularly, especially since two years, and also with my students abroad), as long as you have a computer, it’s gone (or at worst a smartphone)! In short, I will tell you everything you need to know to release your voice! The difference between «vocal coaching» and «singing lessons» is that I take the singer, the actor the actress, the rapper(s) in the vocal state in which he/she arrives, and I take him/her and take him/her where he/she wants to go, with the repertoire you choose, which can be yours (songwriter), or the one you choose or that I can help you choose according to your range and your musical tastes of course. I do "with" you, with what you are, with what you bring me as "raw material"! There is always something to do to move forward, no matter what your starting level! :) It can also be just a moment for you, just for the pleasure of singing, whatever you want! Singing is life! ;-)
