Whether you are leaving school, seeking promotion or looking for a job. Career services is a subject undervalued and yet so important. I teach personal development for individuals or groups, cv writing, presentation skills, communication, networking, and marketing yourself, using social media plus much more. Have you ever had to give a speech in front of an audience and felt ever so nervous, do you need to write better letters for internships or jobs, this is where I take you through the process with all the skills required to make you feel more comfortable, positive and dynamic than previously, easier said than done you may think. Class groups contain interactive lively activities whereas 1-1 consultations are a deeper focus on your personal goals. If you need a motivational speech on video or need to know how to start a business up with minimum funds then these are all areas we can help you with. A 1-hour consultation will go over the time slightly however any extra time is all free.

After working at Disneyland University and entertainments in Paris for 6 years from the opening in 1992, I then arrived in a position at Nyenrode University in Breukelen the Netherlands taking care of MBA students, after 3 years managing over hundreds of students I had set up their career services department helping all students with 1-1 counseling and guidance, moving on 20 years and after several prestigious other Universities and Online Universities I worked for I was able to hone my skills throughout the 53 countries I have visited giving courses, presentations and personal guidance.
I am a very passionate giver of help and information, with a professional acting background and Psychology training I use my vast amount of experience, wisdom and natural common sense that as helped so many achieve their goals. My network spans the world and communication and cultural diversity play a key part in everything I do. Outside of work I enjoy film making, nutrition, acting and most of all teaching people develop themselves into a better person.

English Conversation lessons, be prepared to talk .

Many people can struggle or feel uncomfortable when learning a new language. I teach English conversation and use exercises to highlight the basics to get through a conversation. There can be nothing worse than having t go through grammar tables after a day at work. I work on speed of delivery, pronunciation, simplicity. If you need to give a speech in business English then this can be daunting for many people, there is no need to be afraid, take the first step and contact me. The lesson usually overruns by 10 minutes.

Hi! My name is Vivianne. I have been living in Amsterdam for two years now and I do love this city! I'm originally Dutch and I have lived in several countries (different places in The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Peru). That feeling of entering a new city is amazing; all those new people, places and beautiful spots but it can also make you a bit insecure about your decisions. Did you choose the right studies or job? You moved for love but what's next? What about new friends? You're not alone, many people around you experience the same. Next to my own experiences, I work as Dutch teacher (Dutch as a second language) and therefore know how 'newcomers' experience their new life. I want to help people feeling happier and content with their decisions. I have a background in (international) marketing, languages and intercultural communication and due to this combination I have a depth intercultural understanding.

In Capoeira classes we start with warming up, and then we learn Capoeira movements (for all levels and ages). Ultimately, we can play capoeira together. I teach individuals and groups. In class you also learn Capoeira Music (Percussion Instruments) and Culture.

Hey! My name’s Lena and I’m a Graphic Design University student from Spain. I’m moving to the Netherlands this summer and thought it would be a good idea to use my spare time to teach Spanish! My lessons would be based on conversation, no boring textbooks or anything like that. I also don’t mind what your current Spanish level is! I adopt a unique, holistic approach to movement that combines elements of yoga, tai chi and breathwork. Some of the benefits of a regular practice include a healthier, more supple spine, increased range of motion, greater joint stability, improved agility and athletic performance and a deep internal strength.

It addresses the whole human system bringing it into greater balance. Promotes the clearing and awakening of the lymphatic and cardiovascular system. Focusing on the breath it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system resulting in a sense of calm, well-being and mental clarity. The ultimate goal of this practice is to create a better body and emotional awareness making the person feel at home in one's body.

I also offer a bodywork treatment of 2h that has the ability to relieve acute and chronic physical pain while treating somatic manifestations of emotional and mental pain through deep connective tissue massages.
