Hello, I am Vaidya Shamaa, an Ayurvedic Physician with a Bachelor’s of Ayurveda and Surgery trained under Authentic gurus of Ayurveda for 6 years from a very reputed Medical University RGUHS Bangalore. I am a senior grade vocalist trained in Classical Carnatic music for 15 years under various gurus. I have a great passion for assimilating the transcendental effects of raga and rhythms into therapeutic form. I am trained in various variants of Carnatic classical music like the Dasara PadagaLu, Bhavageethe, Manodharma sangeetha, Janapada, etc. I am also a passionate lover of Bollywood music. This class is for can be for those that seek some internal harmony and peace or for them who want to plunge into the vast world of Carnatic music. Carnatic music has helped me discover various dimensions and capabilities of my mind and subconscious brain. It is a way to liberate yourself from the mundane stress. There can also be classes for Bhagavad Gita chanting. I also love to introduce little kids into a magical musical world along with my own little toddler. It's a great fun for the toddlers.
