Through a variety of poses, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques, I'll help you strengthen your body, increase flexibility, and find inner peace, empowering you to reach your fullest potential on and off the mat. In my classes, students will learn: Proper alignment and technique in various yoga poses Mindful breathing techniques to enhance relaxation and focus Meditation practices to cultivate inner peace and mental clarity Strategies for managing stress and promoting overall well-being Led by an experienced Indian instructor, you'll have the opportunity to learn authentic yoga practices rooted in tradition and wisdom.
