Hello, I am Jai, and I have graduated from an American middle school and high school. I am interested in helping middle school, high school, or university students with their essay-writing and reading comprehension skills. The tutor sessions will vary, depending on your goals, motivations, and needs. For instance, if you have a school assignment, we can review your work and go over your strengths and weaknesses; if you want to improve your overall English, we can structure the session as if it were an English high school class (since that is what I am most familiar with). However, since learning a language requires one to read, write, listen, and speak the language, the session will inevitably touch upon these adjacent skills. The areas I am most experienced with tutoring are: schoolwork, standardized English-language exams (e.g., TOEFL, SAT, AP English Literature and Composition), and proofreading university-level academic writing.
