Hello, my name is Johann, and I'm 19 years old. I've been tutoring regularly since 2020 and have already demonstrably helped many students improve their grades – from elementary school to high school. I graduated from high school in 2024 at the age of 17 with a grade of 1.4, including mathematics as an advanced subject (always achieving 1st place). I represented my school in a mathematics competition in Bonn and have successfully taught students from grades 1 to 12. I have particularly often helped prepare for the Central Final Examinations (ZAP). I also enjoy teaching chemistry; I also represented my school in this subject at a university and consistently achieved 1st place. I also really enjoy teaching English. I spent six months at the renowned EF International Language School in Singapore, where I earned my C2 certificate. In addition, through traveling and daily interaction with my English-speaking friend, I developed a natural feel for the language. I am currently starting my bachelor's degree in business at the University of Münster and am planning to do a double degree in mathematics at the same time. As a tutor, I prioritize individualized attention to each student, working specifically on weaknesses, and building self-confidence. If necessary, I provide my own teaching materials tailored specifically to each student's weaknesses. If necessary, I also assign homework to ensure consistency. After my first lesson with Benson, i have felt more confidence in my skills with chemistry than i have in many years. Where I previously felt very subconscious and unable to answer questions, i have now been able to answer difficult IB exams questions with ease. Benson provided me a safe and comfortable environment which has left me excited for my next class at school to show what i have learned with a fresh confidence! So far, I've been getting help with my IGCSE 's in Math and Computer Science with Amin. In most of the lessons I've been with him, he's been really helpful and responsible. He has also been very patient. He helps me become more confident in my answers and makes the lessons pretty fun! After my lessons with him, I do understand my topics more and am able to go to my classes in school without feeling lost.
