I work best with elementary and high school students who need some extra help. In addition to offering them clear explanations, with easy-to-understand examples, I also ensure to deploy my leadership skills. The latter empowers my tutees also to realize that they got this. This prevents co-dependency and contributes to their independent learning skills and overall confidence in math and physics, which then transcends to other subjects. I'm also a certified hypnotherapist, so I deploy specially effective techniques to help students relax and get their minds into a state where they can absorb the material very fast. I teach them how to deploy these techniques themselves to also overcome nervousness related to tests.
