The primary goal of the music therapy sessions is to use music as a therapeutic tool to enhance the emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being of individuals. The session aims to foster self-expression, improve communication skills, and promote mental and emotional health.
The target audience for music therapy is diverse, including individuals of all ages and backgrounds who can benefit from the therapeutic use of music. This includes children and adolescents with developmental, behavioral, or medical challenges; adults with mental health issues, neurological conditions, chronic pain, or those in rehabilitation; and older adults experiencing cognitive decline or needing emotional support. Each session is tailored to the specific needs and goals of the participant to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
