As a former Geography teacher for a few years at the start of my career and now as a young retired ex-Chief of Police and perfectly bilingual Dutch-French, I offer a daily availability to help out during the day where it is needed. I have the necessary pedagogical skills to help raise the knowledge of others to a higher level and to fill certain gaps. This can be for tutoring / explaining Geography and other Sciences to pupils / pupils to Dutch language lessons for adults and (extra) lessons in other languages for pupils and pupils in function of improving their language skills. If there is a need for it, I can of course also provide an explanation of the Belgian state and regional / community structures and their role and functioning, but also provide meaningful interpretation / explanation of relevant / useful criminal aspects of application in our society.

I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. We practice together on language in use, grammar and vocabulary, gap texts, structuring exercises, dictation, presentations and argumentation.
