My name is Ibán and I have a higher musical studies diploma in classical guitar, specialized training in electric guitar and a master's degree in secondary education. I have 23 years of experience as a guitar teacher in Spain and Brussels. I teach at all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) and all ages.
My work program is simple and very organized. We will work on the most important aspects: scales, chords, technique, improvisation, harmony, etc. and we will play many songs or pieces (with music theory or tablature) of different styles: Classical, Blues, Rock, Pop, Heavy, Chanson, etc.

My name is Rodrigo Fuentealba, I’m a professional guitarist - Fuzztones, Arsenal, Novastar, Gabriel Ríos, Fifty Foot Combo, Manngold - I play in little dark venues as well as Werchter and Forest National in bands whose genre ranges from Rock'n Roll, blues, surf, punkrock, postpunk, jazz, latin, garage, pop, soul, folk, country, psychedelica, impro, solos and anything in between and beyond, anything as long as it’s good and fun ! And ... I can’t read music (I can pretend very well) and I’ve only been taking an interest in music theory in the last ten years.

I have a solid experience as a guitar teacher as i’ve worked for 10 years at the PXL Music Conservatory, which produces most of the professional bands coming out of Belgium, as well as at the Merelbeke Music Academy. I also produce music, write music scores for theater, movies, adverts and contemporary dance.

I got into music because it is fun to play an instrument, it makes you feel good, it’s creative, inspiring, and it connects you to other people. And that is my main goal in teaching you how to play the guitar. At your own pace, learning the stuff that you like and want to learn. Giovanna raised and formed in Florence, where she began her guitar studies at the age of five at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole. In September, she graduated cum laude and she's currently enrolled in the Master’s program at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, studying with Antigoni Goni.

Winner of many international competitions, she performed plenty of times in Italy and in 2023 she has held a solo concert in Milan for the XXXVIII Società Umanitaria's concerts season. Next to renowned guitarists, such as Luigi Attademo and Giorgio Albiani, she performed the world premiere of Álvaro Company’s Concert Català for ten guitars, in the revision by Vincenzo Saldarelli.

Alongside her performing activity, Giovanna has developed a strong dedication to teaching adults, children, and teenagers. She tailors each learning path to the individual student, carefully balancing personal interests with technical and artistic development, whether for amateur musicians or students preparing for conservatory admission. Her teaching approach places particular emphasis on physical awareness and well-being, guiding students toward healthy and efficient use of the body while playing. Music theory is fully integrated into her lessons and is always connected to practical application on the instrument.
