If the student is using tutoring to supplement other English classes, we can work through homework and lessons to aid in understanding. Otherwise, I can provide activities to work on English speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

About Me

Originally from the United States, I am living in Reims this year and working as an assistant English teacher in two middle schools.

I am good at communication and creative when it comes to thinking of ways to learn. I appreciate enthusiastic students but I understand that learning a new language is very difficult and can be frustrating. As someone that learned French later, I can relate.

I believe that the best way to learn a language is to find things that you are interested in and can do in that language. For example, I love reading so I try to read thrilling books in French. That way, I am interested and even if I don't understand all the words, I am compelled to keep going. Another example is that I like making new friends so I try to always speak to people in French when I am out at a bar.

I am a Spanish student from Madrid, spending a year in Reims for an exchange in Sciences Po.
Back in Spain, I have been teaching both Spanish grammar, and english classes to children from 8-18 years old for the past 5 years. However, I have also experience teaching english to adults.
