Welcome to this bilingual (French/Arabic) Life and Earth Sciences (SVT) support course for upper secondary school students in Morocco. Designed to be interactive, adaptable, and comprehensive, this course aims to:

To consolidate the foundations in biology and geology in accordance with the Moroccan curriculum.

Develop a clear understanding of scientific concepts (structure of living things, functioning of the human body, environment, biodiversity, geodynamics).

Provide explanations in French and Arabic to facilitate access, memorization and student engagement in both languages.

Providing exercises, interactive diagrams, remediation sessions and personalized follow-up to improve student results and confidence.

To prepare effectively for continuous assessments, national exams or baccalaureate exams in the scientific stream.

Hydrosphere and Biosphere
Scientists have divided the Earth into four main systems (or spheres)
which are:
❶Geosphere:
includes:
- Rocks on the Earth's crust.
- Molten rocks and heavy metals that lie under
the Earth's crust.
Atmosphere: It is composed of a mixture of some gases such
as nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, water
vapour... etc.
Biosphere: It includes all living organisms such as
microorganisms, plants
animals, humans... etc.
Hydrosphere: It includes all water on the Earth (fresh water
and salt water).
How does Earth's biosphere interact with Earth's hydrosphere
 Humans and animals drink water.
 Some animal and plants live in water.
Notes
Water is important for all living organisms because they need
water to drink, grow, and survive
Water also affect non- living things, as it causes weathering and
erosion of earth surface
Lesson (1)
• Breaking down of rocks into smaller particles due to effect
of rain, wind, and temperature.
Weathering
• Transportation of small particles of rocks to another place

This course is intended for students, professionals and researchers who wish to learn how to process images taken by drones using image processing software. Participants will learn the basics of drone image processing, including the creation of the orthomosaic image, digital terrain models and
contour line.

Topics covered in the course include:

- Introduction to drone images and remotely sensed data
- Introduction to Agisoft image processing software
- Preprocessing of drone images
- Thumbnail alignment
- Creation of the orthomosaic image
- Creation of digital terrain models
- Creation of level curve

The course will include live demonstrations of the use of Agisoft software, as well as hands-on exercises to help participants apply the concepts they have learned. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the instructor and other participants.
