I'm here to help! I've taught and tutored in English as a second language for over 5 years now, teaching in the US, Vietnam, and Scotland. I'm a newly qualified teacher in Scotland and also teach toward the Scottish curriculum. One-to-one language lessons can be especially useful if you're new to an an English speaking country and I'd be happy to help.

My lessons are always focused on comfort and confidence. I make sure that we work toward your goals and I will give you plenty of opportunities to pat yourself on the back for excellent work well done!

I am a native-English speaker with a degree and a CELTA certificate. I have just spent a year teaching English in Belgium, and was able to form special and lasting relationships with my students there. I specialise in teaching English to older students and adults, from pre-intermediate to upper-intermediate levels. My teaching focuses on contextualising English in a useful way, so that the language can be most successfully used in real life. I keep my lessons entertaining and use lots of student-focused communicative practice. I am also able to offer support with more specific areas such as CVs and written work, proofreading and job interview preparation. I am a friendly, supportive and dedicated teacher :)
