My name is Lauren I am a violist and composer based in Schöppingen, Germany. I received my Bachelors Degree in Viola Performance at The Juilliard School in 2019, and have since taught music lessons online and in-person since 2013. I have experience teaching students of all ages, from 3-80. I teach classical music, improvisation, even electronics, if that is of interest.

I always cater to the needs and interests of my students, creating an individualized lesson plan for them. I have studied Alexander Technique, and always emphasize the importance of physical health and comfort in my instrumental teaching.

When teaching composition - I enjoy discovering the creativity of each student, helping them find their individual voice. I can teach Dorico Notation Software, Adobe Illustrator, Logic Pro X, and Ableton.

I currently teach students internationally, and can accomodate other time zones.

English is my native language, however I teach enough German to teach lessons.

Die Gitarre ist zweifellos eines der beliebtesten Instrumente der Moderne. Es ist so vielseitig und wird in vielen Genres verwendet, von klassischer Musik über Death Metal bis hin zu elektronischer Musik.

Ich bringe dir die Grundlagen des Gitarrenspiels bei und peppe es später mit meiner Erfahrung im Komponieren und Songwriting auf. Wir werden anhand der berühmten Lieder lernen, die unser Verständnis der Gitarre geprägt haben. Egal, ob Sie Songs im Singer-Songwriter-Stil oder Thrash Metal bevorzugen, wir schaffen es gemeinsam.

Ich werde hauptsächlich im Gitarrentabulaturformat unterrichten. Wir können Noten machen, die im Allgemeinen für nichts anderes als Klassik nicht erforderlich sind, aber ich muss meine Fähigkeiten zum Lesen von Notenblättern auffrischen, da ich in den letzten 10 Jahren keine lesen musste.

للطلاب الذين ليس لديهم خبرة سابقة نبدأ بتمارين خاصة لليد اليمنى واليسرى للعزف بشكل صحيح ومريح على الالة بالاضافة لتعلم قراءة النوتة والصولفيج بشكل صحيح ومن ثم نتابع ونصعد بدرجة صعوبة التمارين تدريجيا الى ان تصبح قادر على عزف اي نوتة تريدها.
