Emphasis on developing the fundamentals at all levels, including reading, writing, speaking and listening. We include regular pronunciation practice to help learners speak more accurately. Culture is periodically highlighted as well. Alignment with concepts in the Ontario curriculum and/or DELF A1-B2 levels unless requested otherwise.

My qualifications include a Master's degreee in French, DALF C2 French proficiency, a Bachelor's degree in Education, and many years of experience. My accent is relatively neutral as it reflects time spent in France and in Quebec.

Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
