Ik ben een neurowetenschapper aan de universiteit van Oxford. Naast mijn onderzoek geef ik graag les, en ik ben daarom beschikbaar voor online lessen in de neurowetenschappen, neuropsychologie, toegepaste statistiek, en verschillende onderwerpen binnen de natuurwetenschappen.

Als student ben ik zelf in het buitenland gaan studeren, en heb ik mijn PhD behaald aan de universiteit van Berkeley. Ik ken de Amerikaanse en Britse schoolsystemen zeer goed, en kan je door het proces heen loodsen.

Nombreux apprenants et même parfois professionnels (adolescents et plus ou moins jeunes adultes) ont souvent -d'après ce que je constate sur les réseaux sociaux et autres pages numériques et sur les copies de mes anciens disciples- des soucis avec la grammaire française. L'amélioration de son niveau dans cette dernière demande, certainement, de la part de tout apprenant de la pratique et un bon apprentissage pour les surmonter. Ayant exercé le métier d'enseignante de secondaire, baccalauréat, licence et Master professionnel pendant sept ans, j'ai pu constater certaines difficultés grammaticales que les apprenants traînent pendant leur parcours et sur lesquelles j'ai mis tant d'efforts pour les aider à les surmonter.
Que ce soit pour la rédaction ou même pour les autres spécialités que j'ai enseignées auparavant, cette discipline (grammaire/syntaxe) semble incontournable et doit être maîtrisée pour tout futur diplômé et professionnel, peu importe sa spécialité et son domaine tant que c'est en français.

This class guides and supports students through the English studies. My aim is to inspire students to approach the subject in a way that sparks creativity and critical thinking skills. It’s not about helping them with the task at hand, but rather training them in supporting themselves in the subject further down the line.

I have received excellent academic achievement awards for my work in IB (International Baccalaureate) English A higher lever course and know my way through the IB language system. I can aid the student in finding the best study techniques, aiming at receiving the best possible final results.
