I'm a professional harpist who graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Music with extensive teaching experience in the United States and Belgium. I am offering harp and music theory lessons to students of all backgrounds, levels, and ages.

I am currently in the process of completing my Doctor of Musical Arts at the CUNY Graduate Center. I hope to transfer the skills and knowledge I have obtained from working with some of the most renowned teachers to my own students.

Teaching is a passion for me. Whether you are taking lessons just for fun, or whether you are serious about creating a future professional career, I will be equally attentive to your needs. I like to ensure that my students make progress during the lesson, but not at the expense of having fun! I believe that a friendly, relaxed atmosphere is essential to the learning experience.

Experiencia / Calificaciones

Orchestral Experience:
Substitute work with professional and high-caliber ensembles including the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Czech Philharmonic, Wheeling Symphony Orchestra, and the New World Symphony, amongst others.

Solo Experience:
Winner of several concerto competitions, I have given solo performances with the Yale Symphony Orchestra, the Pittsburgh Philharmonic, and the Koninklijke Muziekkapel van de Gidsen in Brussels.

Competitions:
2nd Prize American String Teachers Association Senior Division for Harp, Finalist in the American Harp Society Advanced Division, Finalist in the Anne Adams Awards, recipient of numerous scholarships and honors at Yale.

I am a graduate of the Royal College of Music in London, where I lived since 2009.

Individual lessons enables me to tailor and adapt my teaching to every pupil's needs; helping them to learn the repertoire or skills that each individual requires. I cover styles such as classical, contemporary, pop, jazz and film music.

I have prepared and entered pupils entry exams/auditions of conservatoires and music colleges of Spain and Europe as well as for composition competitions as I have won more then 30 awards myself and have been adjudicator of some composition competitions. I was also a professor in the Music faculty at Madrid's 'University Centre TAI', the Trinity Music Academy in London and The Conservatoire of Barcelona

Hello! I am a clarinetist who graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp. I offer private ONLINE lessons. For beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Experience teaching for the past 8 years, with children and adults, individual and group lessons. With professional projection or amateur.
