I am offering private yoga classes for 1:1 or 1:2 at your place.

I've been practicing yoga since 2010, and giving yoga classes in Paris since 2015.
My yoga classes will be modified according to your needs. It always starts with meditations and continues with physical practice. I will give a small neck massage at the end and you will enjoy your final meditation.

I am specialized in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative(Healing) yoga but not only. I practiced various types of yoga and made up my own yoga sequences.
You will understand yoga more and practice yoga with your consciousness.

I will do my best hands-on and cue for your alignments.

My name is Sung-ah and I am from South Korea.
I am an International yoga instructor by RYT200.

Yoga is not just physical practice, it's fulfilling with mindful meditation, disciplines, enlightenment, etc. I am giving private yoga classes according to my students. I do my best to help my students and understand their needs. My yoga class starts / finishes with meditations and I give a small neck massage at the end for better relaxations.

My private yoga classes can vary in Vinyasa / Hatha / Yin(Restorative), etc.

This course is done in a relaxing atmosphere and conducive to mindfulness meditation. I propose sessions where you will be able to control your breathing, relax your body as well as your mind, calm your negative emotions by techniques of various visualizations. The adventure is to restore the natural harmony of the mind that often encroaches on the real needs of your body. The course consists of two parts: a discussion of ten minutes in order to better know you and understand your expectations then the relaxation itself.

The course can be seated, lying down or in the open in the environment of your choice, at home in a familiar place or in a park.

The purpose of these exercises is to teach you how to deal with everyday stress, sleep disorders and eating problems through a gentle and natural method.

You will emerge from my soothing and energizing class which will allow you to carry out the rest of your daily activities.

Public speaking is one of the scariest things for human beings. For some, it can be extremely debilitating and hinder their careers.
But this apprehension concerns a very large percentage of the population and crosses all categories of age, gender or socio-professional background. If you are in this case, you can therefore start by reassuring yourself: you are not alone!
The second good news is that it can be worked on! It is by practicing that you will learn to lower your stress level, to be more aware of what you have to do and to prepare yourself well.
To practice, I offer private lessons: a caring and demanding framework that will allow me to adapt to your specific needs. Once you have understood your fears and learned to overcome them, speaking (in public, in meetings) may become a great source of pleasure!

I give sound therapy sessions (sound baths) of 30 minutes or one hour at my home.

I use crystal bowls (8 quartz bowls on a 432 Hz range, with correspondences for each chakra), a gong and tuning forks.

Thanks to their specific frequencies, the sounds emanating from the instruments resonate with our body to rebalance its internal structures, its energy as well as harmonize body and mind. It is water, the main constituent, which acts as a conductor. The vibrations can thus diffuse through the cells.
Certain waves emanating from the crystal bowls are also perceptible by the brain in a state of relaxation (alpha waves).

Here are the benefits of sound therapy:
- Reduction of stress and anxiety by acting on the central nervous system.
- Dissolving blockages and releasing tensions.
