I am a passionate Early Years teacher with 12 years of UK classroom experience, having a deep understanding of early years practise both within schools and other early educational settings. I have a particular focus on children with special educational needs.

I am a creative person, I like to spend my time taking photographs of our family life. I also enjoy cooking and being creative in the kitchen. I have been learning French for the past 2 years and had a few Luxembourgish lessons, which I am keen to begin again.

The lesson is based on realistic conversations and task-based listening sections. This class is a beginning-level English grammar course that provides the foundation skills needed so that students begin speaking and writing in English.

The course addresses the four basic language skills - reading, writing, speaking, and listening. A variety of high-interest topics will enable students to take part in discussions, present short talks, solve problems, and interact with each other in English.

** The first course is only by videoconference.
The objective of this interview is to get to know each other, to explain my methodology to you, to present you with the books (paper or PDF format) and other educational supports (video, soundtracks, articles, songs, games, etc.).

** I also do an assessment of your level at the end of this session.

I then establish a personalized learning plan according to your level, your expectations and your priorities. I follow up between each of your courses, giving you exercises, advice and daily practices.
** I adapt the workload according to the time you have.

❹ Course

English teacher for 12 years, I trained students at the university and at the higher education institute, in France and abroad. My methodology is based on my multiple experiences of group and individual lessons.

In addition to my graduate studies in English teaching, I obtained the CELTA: Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (Certificate of aptitude for teaching English to non-English speakers) University of Sheffield in England.

The importance of the English language skills in the academic and professional environment is of such importance that it has been turned into an essential tool for the superation at global level. As a native English speaker, I am fully proficient in the language. I am also bilingual from birth, and speak various languages now. I have worked with refugee children where there was a language barrier, as well as in local schools where we did not speak the same language. I have also volunteered to help French primary school students improve their English.
This all means that I am not only very familiar with the language, but also that I have lots of experience teaching English. I can adapt classes to the student’s needs and ability level, providing work to help them focus on their problem areas, whether those are speaking, reading, writing, or other.
